Mark Lavender produced the film, FROZEN, co-financed by Zentropa, four U.K. Lottery-backed regional film funds and a tax fund he established. Award-laden Frozen was released in the U.K. in January 2006 with the support of the UK Film Council.
He has worked in television as series producer, producer and director for ITV, BBC and Channel Four. His award winning programmes have included drama shorts and drama documentaries.
Mark was selected for the European producer development scheme, EAVE and also chosen for Sources and The Film Business School.
He has a short slate of film projects in development and production. He is familiar with the UK tax and co-production regimes, and is keen to work with new and established talent to produce quality commercial films on an international scale.

Derek's career in films began when the Arts Council commissioned a feature documentary about his photography work in the early 1980's. Since then he has established a reputation for making visually bold and highly individual factual programmes.
Derek has worked on many network series and earned a clutch of Royal Television Society and New York Film and TV awards as well as the first BP Arts Award.
Laura Degnan graduated from Oxford University in 2005 and began her career at Kudos, where she then worked as an in-house script reader and Drama Assistant working with the television development department. In 2008 she became a freelance reader for the BBC in-house drama department. She joined RS Productions shortly after as a freelance Development Executive.
Laura actively seeks and develops new television project ideas.
